At GeoSLAM we take support seriously. That’s why our trouble-shooting process is built right into the GeoSLAM Cloud where your scanned data is processed online. In the unlikely event that your scanned data fails to process successfully, all you have to do is ‘flag’ the failing dataset and our support team will investigate. Whenever possible our support team will work its magic to make the data process successfully.
